What is Maintenance Plus by Valet Waste?
Maintenance Plus by Valet Waste is a program designed to give back hours of time each week to your maintenance team so they can focus on work orders, make-readies, and preventive property maintenance.
On-site maintenance staff is critical to maintaining resident satisfaction. In fact, nothing will drive away business faster than a poorly maintained property. Maintenance Plus helps fill the service gaps that exist at properties today and improves the ratio of maintenance personnel per resident to streamline on-site operations and provide operational efficiencies.
Maintenance Plus simultaneously allows current maintenance staff to focus on resident retention and preventative maintenance while allowing property management staff to reduce the amount of contractors they must hire.
