What to look for in Valet trash provider:

All valet trash services are not created equally. Valet Waste has an extensively tested, proven methodology that maximizes benefits to residents, management and owners.
When choosing a provider here are some things to consider:

  • How long have they been in business?
  • Are they active in local and national apartment associations?
  • Do they truly understand the needs of residents and management?
  • They should be willing to offer you personalized service, meet with you at your property and answer all of your questions openly and honestly.
  • Do they have the resources to offer you a solution that will work across your entire portfolio?
  • Do they have a proven system designed to adjunct the goals you have for your property?
  • They should be able to provide you with a clear path that explains how to generate an ancillary income stream from the service.
  • Do they have licensed, insured, background checked employees?
  • Can they back up what they say? How many properties do they service? They should have multiple references you can call.

If you are unsure about any of the above, be cautious. Most valet trash providers do not have the resources or extensive training and knowledge that Valet Waste has. Any so called valet providers can put up a web site and say they're in business. It is important that you verify with any new provider that what they're selling is what they'll deliver. Promises of lower rates often mean lower levels of service. Before you sign on the dotted line, make sure you call Valet Waste!
